Examples of civic programs of community interest, civic education and the promotion of civic-democratic values that we have initiated and coordinated

• Since 1990 I have initiated and coordinated civic programs on target groups and masses, training in civic and political leadership, public relations trainer, regional civic leader of the Department for Minorities of the Romanian Government, lecturer in image courses, radio, television, leaders , marketing, communication and public relations, project management, team, conflict, advertising, organization of events and shows, civic attitude and involvement in various areas of community interest.
• In 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004 and 2007 I organized and coordinated independent observers for the elections in the entire county of Iasi, in all rounds, local, general and presidential elections, as well as the 2007 Referendum to suspend the president.
• We initiated and coordinated democratic projects to alleviate local political tensions and violence at the local level, by catalyzing political leaders and implementing the First Negative Electoral Pact during the first local democratic elections in 1992;
• We set up the first Civic Forum with the direct involvement of political representatives, young politicians, local and central government, business people, trade unions, the media, to promote local interests and democratic balance - 1992;
• Since 1992, I have assumed the role of catalyst for the community on target groups and at the mass level, the conception and determination of currents of opinion, as well as the establishment of numerous organizations, political parties and top social strategies.
• I coordinated the local organization of the first International Seminar since 1989 dedicated to civil society leaders, with the role of opening Iasi and Moldova internationally - Fresca Hall, Hotel Moldova Iasi (participants over 150 Romanian and international personalities) - 1993;
• I initiated (initiation, catalysis and coordination) the first School of Civic Leaders and Politicians - a non-governmental organization of civic and political youth under the name of "Youth Policy Club" - 1992-1998;
• I have held countless seminars, public debates, round tables, citizens' forums of civic-political interest - 1992-1999;

• I realized the first civic-political youth festival in Romania - the “Jesuit Youth Days” Festival - 1993-1996;
• I made the first civic-political television talk shows in Romania - 1993;
• I initiated and coordinated the national program "DEMOS - a solution to the mentality crisis" - 1993-1998;
• TV-radio talk-show and talk-show operator - 1993-2002;
• I initiated and coordinated the first Tribal Representative Forum of the Democratic Youth of Romania in Romania with the involvement of all local youth political leaders - 1994;
• I initiated and coordinated the School of Civil Leaders and Leadership "Young Leaders Club" - 1995-1999;
• I initiated and coordinated the Civic Leadership Program "EuroDEMOS" - from 2000 to the present.
